Payroll Assistant Full Time

Snap Recruitment is currently seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our growing team and support our customers with payroll administration and processing.

As a Payroll Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with employment regulations.

Duties:

• Processing employee salaries and benefits
• Managing payroll records and ensuring compliance
• Calculating deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments
• Assisting with tax and social security contributions
• Addressing payroll-related queries from employees

Requirements:

• A qualification in Payroll, Accounting, or HR
• Previous experience in payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
