Accounts Receivable Clerk Full Time

Are you ready for your next challenge? Do you yearn for a job that keeps you on your toes each day? If that’s a yes, then we are on the lookout for an ambitious and goal-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Posting of customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit card transactions
• Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions from local deposits
• Updates receivables by totalling unpaid invoices
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
• Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deduction procedures
• Any other duties that may be required

Requirements:

• Experience in the field is considered an asset, although it is not necessary
• O’Level standard of education, preferably with Accounts
• A’Levels are considered as an asset
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Maltese
• Must have basic computer skills (I.e. ECDL)
• Possesses a clean police conduct.
